High Energy Full Body Workout

Warm Up– 15 x body weight squats, 20 x star jumps.
Squat jumps -15 reps, 20 seconds rest x 4 sets.
Explosive Push up or on knees- 10-30 reps, 30 seconds rest x 4 sets.
Burpees – 10 reps, 20 seconds rest x 4 sets.
Bodyweight dips (onto a step/ledge) – 10-30 reps, 30 seconds rest x 4 sets.
Plank – max effort x 1.
