Power Full Body Workout

Bodyweight Squats– 10 reps, 30 sec rest x 4 sets.
Push ups – 3 seconds down, explode up, 10 reps, 30 sec rest x 4 sets.
Bear crawls – 20 meters (up and back is 1 set), 30 sec rest x 4 sets.
Frog jumps – 20 meters (up and back is 1 set), 30 sec rest x 4 sets.
Mountain climbers – 20 each leg, 45 sec rest x 4 sets.
Sprints – 5 x 100ms, 1 minute rest in between each 100ms
