Ankle taps – 30 taps, 20sec rest x 4 sets ⁠
Lying leg raisers – 12 reps, 30sec rest x 4 sets ⁠
Side plank – 20 sec each side x 3 sets⁠
V sit – 30 sec hold x 3 sets⁠
Crunches – 12 reps, 20 sec rest x 4 sets⁠
