Bodyweight Squatsâ 10 reps, 30 sec rest x 4 sets.â
Push ups â 3 seconds down, explode up, 10 reps, 30 sec rest x 4 sets.â
Bear crawls â 20 meters (up and back is 1 set), 30 sec rest x 4 sets.â
Frog jumps â 20 meters (up and back is 1 set), 30 sec rest x 4 sets.â
Mountain climbers â 20 each leg, 45 sec rest x 4 sets.â
Sprints â 5 x 100ms, 1 minute rest in between each 100msâ
