Warm Upâ 15 x body weight squats, 20 x star jumps.â
Squat jumps -15 reps, 20 seconds rest x 4 sets.â
Explosive Push up or on knees- 10-30 reps, 30 seconds rest x 4 sets.â
Burpees â 10 reps, 20 seconds rest x 4 sets.â
Bodyweight dips (onto a step/ledge) â 10-30 reps, 30 seconds rest x 4 sets.â
Plank â max effort x 1.â
